Amid ongoing tensions in the Middle East, travel to India and neighbouring South Asian destinations remains unaffected, with Creative Travel reassuring partners and travellers of normal operations across the region.
The company said its key markets — India, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and the Maldives — continue to remain “safe and stable,” with no direct impact from the conflict.
“It is important to clarify that our operational territories are not affected directly by the conflict. The region remains very safe and stable, and there are no disturbances or security concerns,” said Rajeev Kohli, Joint Managing Director, Creative Travel.
While certain airline routes transiting through Middle Eastern hubs have been impacted due to airspace restrictions, global connectivity remains intact through rerouting.
“The only operational impact globally has been on select airline routes. Passengers are being re-routed via European and Asian carriers, which continue to operate normally,” added Rohit Kohli, Joint Managing Director, Creative Travel.
Despite geopolitical uncertainties, international arrivals into India continue as scheduled, with major global airlines maintaining regular services.
“There is no disruption to hotels, sightseeing, transportation or internal flights in our region, and all services for travellers continue to run normally,” the company said.
Creative Travel also clarified that the situation does not qualify as a force majeure event for South Asia, with no travel restrictions currently in place.
As travellers remain cautious amid global developments, the industry continues to position India and the wider Asian region as safe and welcoming destinations.
