The South Asian Travel Awards (SATA) has revealed its highly anticipated lineup of prestigious events for 2024, marking the 8th edition of this esteemed ceremony dedicated to honoring excellence in the hospitality sector across the region.
Supported by the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) and the Hotels Association of Nepal (HAN), the celebrations will commence with a grand Cocktail event on September 19, 2024, at The Malla Hotel. On September 20, 2024, the festivities will continue at Aloft Kathmandu, where another cocktail event will take center stage. This highly anticipated gathering will recognize and reward outstanding achievements in South Asian hospitality, showcasing the pinnacle of excellence in the industry.
Previous editions of SATA have been held in locations such as Mount Lavinia, Addu City, Mumbai, Galle City, Male’ Atoll, and Bengaluru. One edition was conducted virtually during the pandemic, highlighting SATA’s adaptability and commitment to celebrating excellence even in challenging times.
