Wipro has partnered with SIAM.AI, a member of NVIDIA’s Cloud Partner program, to develop an AI-driven virtual assistant, ‘Sukjai’, for Thailand’s Tourism Authority. Powered by NVIDIA AI Enterprise and Wipro’s Enterprise Generative AI (WeGA) Studio, Sukjai will offer personalized, real-time information to domestic and international travelers, enhancing Thailand’s tourism experience.
The assistant will provide 24/7 support, offering details on transportation, accommodation, recommended activities, crowd flow at attractions, and safety alerts. Sukjai’s capabilities will include customized recommendations based on user preferences and will be available in Thai and English. The platform will continuously improve through user feedback and AI model training with NVIDIA’s NeMo.
This collaboration aims to streamline services and better manage the growing number of tourists, while also supporting Thailand’s digital and AI innovation.
