Royal Jordanian Airlines is set to re-enter the Indian market with the resumption of direct flights to Delhi and Mumbai in 2025. This marks the airline’s return to India after a hiatus, with the last flight to Mumbai departing on September 10, 2014, and services to Delhi ending on October 31, 2014.
India remains a key market for Royal Jordanian, with over 75,000 passengers traveling between the two countries in 2023. The resumption of these routes is part of the airline’s strategy to strengthen its global network and capitalize on the growing demand for travel between India and the Middle East. The renewed connections are expected to enhance business and leisure tourism, offering passengers more travel options and improving cultural and economic ties between the two regions.
