Air India has launched exclusive discounted fares and added benefits for students traveling on its domestic and international routes, making premium travel more accessible and affordable. The airline is offering up to 10% off on base fares in Economy, Premium Economy, and Business Class, along with a 10kg extra baggage allowance. Students also enjoy the flexibility of a one-time free date change for bookings made directly on Air India’s website or mobile app. Additional savings include the elimination of convenience fees for app bookings, saving up to ₹999 on international flights, and further discounts with select payment methods.
To avail of these benefits, students traveling domestically must be aged 12 years or above, while international travelers must be between 12 and 30 years. They must also be enrolled in a full-time course at a recognized educational institution and provide a valid student ID, acceptance letter, or student visa.
Air India offers non-stop flights to 42 international destinations and 49 cities within India, including key routes to the U.S., Canada, the UK, and Australia. Students can enjoy complimentary inflight entertainment across all flights, with WiFi internet connectivity progressively available on select international routes. Additionally, Air India’s revamped Maharaja Club loyalty program allows students to earn and redeem reward points for free tickets and upgrades, further enhancing their travel experience.
