Air India has announced the launch of non-stop services between Delhi and Jaisalmer, starting October 26, 2025, and running until March 28, 2026, to cater to the peak tourism season in Rajasthan’s Golden City. The airline will operate double daily flights on this route with its A320 aircraft, making it the only full-service carrier to connect travellers directly to Jaisalmer. The new service is strategically timed to offer smooth connections to and from Europe, the UK, and key domestic destinations, making it easier for both international and domestic tourists to explore the city’s famed fort, desert landscapes, and cultural heritage. “Our new services to Jaisalmer open the doors to India’s Golden City for travellers seeking its timeless charm and for those who prefer to fly full-service,” said Nipun Aggarwal, Chief Commercial Officer, Air India. “This seasonal service not only caters to the growing demand for cultural tourism but also underscores Air India’s commitment to making India’s heritage more accessible through seamless air travel.”
