CABI by SKIL launches ‘Pink Module’ in Bengaluru to enhance women’s safety in commuting

CABI, the leading cab service platform under the SKIL Group, has introduced a unique initiative, the Pink Module, as a pilot project in Bengaluru. Designed to enhance safety for women passengers, the Pink Module features women drivers specially trained in self-defense and top-tier service. The initiative aims to provide a secure and comfortable commuting experience for women, particularly during solo journeys.

Following its success in Bengaluru, India’s tech hub, CABI plans to expand the Pink Module to other metro areas and Tier-II and III cities across the country.

With over two decades of expertise in offering a seamless cab-hailing experience, CABI has established itself as the go-to choice for corporate and executive travelers. The Pink Module reinforces the company’s commitment to safety and customer satisfaction, extending its promise of high-quality service to women passengers by prioritizing their security and comfort.

Vikash Kejriwal, COO of SKIL Travel, commented on the new initiative: “Women’s safety is paramount, especially when traveling alone or at night. Our Pink Module initiative caters to this need by providing women drivers who are trained in self-defense, creating a more inclusive and safer environment for our female passengers.”

In addition to the Pink Module, CABI offers a host of advanced features to ensure a smooth commuting experience. These include concierge-like services, an online/self-booking tool, and a WhatsApp bot for real-time bookings. With its presence in over 250 cities across India, CABI continues to be the preferred choice for corporate travelers nationwide.
