Santa Claus, on his global tour promoting the spirit of Christmas, visited New Delhi from December 6–8, delighting children and families with festive joy. The trip, part of Santa’s official partnership with Finland’s national airline, Finnair, included appearances at the Finnish Ambassador’s residence, the NGO Salaam Balak Trust, and DLF CyberHub.
At Salaam Balak Trust, Santa was warmly received by children who had decorated a festive corner. He shared treats, posed for photos, and spread holiday cheer, leaving lasting smiles. At DLF CyberHub, families joined Santa in a joyful celebration filled with Christmas spirit.
Santa’s visit highlights Finland’s reputation as the true homeland of Christmas. Finnair, the official airline of Santa Claus since 1983, connects travellers to Rovaniemi, Santa’s official hometown.
