The Hosteller, Nua Join Hands to Enhance Comfort and Care for Women Travellers

New Delhi, April 13, 2026: In a progressive step that goes beyond conventional hospitality, The Hosteller has partnered with Nua to elevate comfort, safety and everyday care for women travellers across its properties in India.

As part of the collaboration, select hostels will now provide access to Nua’s ‘Zero Irritation’ sanitary pads and other period care products, ensuring that women travellers have easy availability of essential, toxin-free hygiene solutions during their stay. The initiative addresses a practical yet often overlooked aspect of travel—managing period care on the move.

At a time when travel conversations are largely centred around destinations and itineraries, factors such as safety and daily comfort continue to play a crucial role in shaping women’s travel choices. With a growing number of women opting for solo and small-group travel, the demand for secure, inclusive and thoughtfully designed spaces has significantly increased.

Recognising this shift, The Hosteller has consistently focused on creating community-driven environments tailored for women, including female dormitories, private rooms and centrally located, secure properties. The partnership with Nua further strengthens this commitment.

Access to reliable period care products during travel can often be inconsistent, leading to discomfort and unnecessary stress. By making these essentials readily available, both brands aim to provide convenience, reassurance and peace of mind to women travellers.

Commenting on the initiative, Pranav Dangi, Founder & CEO, The Hosteller, said that travel should feel easy and empowering, especially for women exploring new destinations. He added that natural needs like periods should not become a source of inconvenience, and this initiative is a step towards building more thoughtful and inclusive travel spaces.

Abhishek Ramanathan, Co-founder & COO, Nua, noted that travel can amplify the discomfort associated with periods. He said the partnership ensures that women can access the same level of comfort and reliable care they expect at home, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to normalising period care in everyday environments.

The collaboration reflects a broader shift in the hospitality sector, where brands are increasingly moving beyond infrastructure to address real, everyday needs of travellers. By integrating wellness into the travel experience, The Hosteller continues to position itself as a brand that prioritises inclusivity, comfort and care for women on the move.
