In a development that underlines the evolving dynamics of Asia’s luxury hospitality sector, Elite Havens has been appointed exclusive manager and marketer of Akkulla, a 31-villa contemporary Balinese estate set to open in the second half of 2026 in Seminyak.
The mandate is being seen as one of the most integrated partnerships in the company’s 28-year history, with Elite Havens involved from the pre-construction stage through to launch. Located in a tranquil pocket of Seminyak, Akkulla is designed to offer a refined interpretation of modern Balinese living—combining the privacy of standalone villas with the reliability of boutique hotel services.
