
Ventive Hospitality Ltd reported a robust performance in Q3 FY 2026, with consolidated revenue rising 27% year-on-year to ₹722 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. EBITDA stood at ₹348 crore, marking a 25% YoY growth, while Profit After Tax came in at ₹141 crore, the company’s fifth consecutive profitable quarter.
The company’s hospitality business continued to drive growth, generating ₹565 crore in revenue, up 35% YoY, with EBITDA increasing 54% to ₹226 crore. Hospitality EBITDA margins expanded to 40%, up five percentage points year-on-year.
Within hospitality, Indian hotels recorded 22% revenue growth and 35% EBITDA growth, while the international hospitality portfolio delivered 46% revenue growth and 73% EBITDA growth. EBITDA margins stood at 41% for India and 39% for international operations.
Ventive’s annuity portfolio of commercial and retail real estate in Pune generated ₹128 crore in revenue with EBITDA of ₹116 crore.
Operationally, Indian hotels reported ADR growth of 17%, stable occupancy of 62%, and RevPAR growth of 15%. International hospitality operations reported 71% occupancy, with same-store occupancy improving by four percentage points year-on-year.
Commenting on the results, CEO Ranjit Batra said the company is on track for a strong finish to FY 2026, supported by portfolio expansion and operational momentum.
