Courtyard by Marriott has announced the opening of Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Infopark, strengthening Marriott International’s presence in Kerala’s growing commercial and IT hub.
Located in Kakkanad, within Infopark Kochi, the hotel is positioned to cater to both business and leisure travellers visiting the city’s expanding technology and corporate corridor.
The 218-room property features multiple dining venues, including all-day restaurant Clove, Indian speciality restaurant All Spice, lounge bar Caper and a deli offering grab-and-go options.
The hotel also includes over 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space designed for corporate meetings, conferences and social events.
According to Marriott International, the opening reflects the company’s strategy of expanding across high-growth business destinations in India while catering to travellers seeking efficient and comfortable stay experiences.
The property additionally offers a rooftop infinity pool, spa and 24-hour fitness centre as part of its wellness and recreation facilities.
