ELIVAAS Partners with PropTiger to Simplify India’s Second Home Ownership Market.

ELIVAAS, a premium villa and curated stays platform, has entered into a strategic partnership with PropTiger to streamline the second-home ownership journey in India through an integrated hospitality and real estate ecosystem.

Under the collaboration, PropTiger will lead property discovery and transaction advisory, while ELIVAAS will provide investor guidance, hospitality-led insights and end-to-end property management services aimed at monetising and maintaining second homes.

The partnership seeks to simplify the investment cycle by creating a seamless pathway covering discovery, acquisition, management and revenue optimisation for second-home buyers.

Operating at the intersection of hospitality and real estate, ELIVAAS leverages on-ground data related to guest demand, occupancy patterns and revenue performance across India’s leisure and business travel markets. This enables the platform to identify emerging micro-markets with strong earning potential and long-term appreciation prospects, while offering recommendations aligned with investor goals and risk appetite.

Beyond advisory services, ELIVAAS offers a full-stack property management ecosystem covering onboarding, maintenance, guest experience and revenue optimisation, allowing owners to generate returns while retaining personal usage flexibility.

PropTiger, part of Aurum PropTech, provides integrated property advisory services including market research, financing guidance, legal assistance and transaction facilitation, supported by technology-led real estate solutions.

Commenting on the partnership, Ritwik Khare, Founder & CEO, ELIVAAS, said the second-home market is evolving from passive ownership into an actively managed, income-generating asset category. He noted that the collaboration combines PropTiger’s discovery capabilities with ELIVAAS’s operational and hospitality expertise to create a more transparent and structured ownership experience.

Sridhar Srinivasan, Chief Business Officer, PropTiger, said the alliance aims to help investors identify high-potential second-home opportunities while enabling sustainable long-term returns through hospitality-driven management solutions.

Through the collaboration, both companies aim to redefine second-home ownership in India using a more data-driven, integrated and investor-focused approach.
