Los Angeles Tourism Launches First-Ever India Travel Trade Hub to Boost Engagement and Sales

In a strategic move to strengthen its presence in the Indian travel market, the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board has launched its first-ever India Travel Trade Hub, an exclusive online platform tailored for the Indian travel trade community. Designed as a one-stop resource center, this dedicated hub offers Indian travel advisors, tour operators, and MICE planners streamlined access to the tools, training, and insights they need to effectively promote and sell Los Angeles as a premier destination.

The newly launched platform features a range of resources curated specifically for the Indian market, including ready-to-sell itineraries, a comprehensive DMC list, digital brochures, engaging destination videos, training modules, and access to webinars and offline events. One of the key highlights is the trade-exclusive LA Perks Pass, offering special incentives and benefits to trade professionals.

Commenting on the launch, Seema Kadam, Regional Director, Los Angeles Tourism India, stated, “India continues to be a key growth market for Los Angeles, and we are thrilled to deepen our engagement with the launch of this dynamic, first-of-its-kind Travel Trade Hub. This initiative underscores our commitment to supporting our trade partners with simplified tools and insights that make selling Los Angeles easier, more effective, and more rewarding.”

This launch aligns with Los Angeles Tourism’s broader mission to expand its outreach in India, build destination knowledge, and equip travel professionals with best-in-class resources. It also comes at a pivotal moment as Los Angeles gears up to host major international events, including the FIFA World Cup in 2026 and the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2028. Additionally, new cultural and infrastructure developments—such as Destination Crenshaw, a landmark celebration of Black art and culture, and the ongoing transformation of LAX Airport are poised to significantly enhance the visitor experience.

With this initiative, Los Angeles Tourism is not only reinforcing its long-term investment in the Indian market but also empowering trade partners with a digital platform that fosters better sales, engagement, and collaboration.
