LOT Polish Airlines, a Star Alliance member, has unveiled its first international business lounge at Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD). Conveniently located in Terminal 5 near the security checkpoints and boarding gates, the 617-square-meter lounge is open daily from 7:00 AM to midnight, offering a mix of comfort, modern elegance, and Polish-inspired design.
The lounge accommodates up to 167 guests across three areas, providing amenities such as fast Wi-Fi for streaming or video conferencing, shower facilities, and automatically darkening windows. Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options, including vegetarian, vegan, and halal meals, all while overlooking the airport apron.
“Chicago has been an integral part of our global route network for more than 50 years. In 2023 alone, we carried over 250,000 passengers between Poland and Chicago,” said Amit Ray, Director for India, DACH Markets, Italy, Malta, and Head of Global Corporate and Strategic Sales at LOT Polish Airlines. “We are delighted to open our first business lounge outside Poland at this key location. Eligible passengers traveling from Chicago via Warsaw to Delhi and Mumbai can now enjoy this state-of-the-art facility before their LOT Boeing 787 Dreamliner flight.”
Access to the lounge is available to LOT Business Class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members with an international flight, and Miles & More FTL members traveling from Chicago to Warsaw, regardless of ticketed booking class.
