Manohar International Airport introduces passenger privilege program, the GOX Pass

Goa’s Manohar International Airport (GOX) has launched the GOX Pass, a pioneering passenger privilege program designed to enhance the tourism experience for visitors to the state. Announced on Friday, the GOX Pass is the first airport-developed program of its kind in India, catering to passengers traveling via domestic, international carriers, and charter flights.

Operated by GMR Goa International Airport Ltd (GGIAL), a subsidiary of GMR Airports Ltd (GAL), the GOX Pass offers discounts of up to 50% on a range of leisure, shopping, dining, and wellness experiences across Goa. The airport has partnered with over 34 prominent outlets, offering exclusive benefits to travelers.

Passengers can access these discounts by simply presenting their GOX boarding pass along with a photo ID at participating venues. The GOX Pass offers are valid until December 30, 2024.

GGIAL Chief Executive Officer R V Sheshan stated, “By promoting tourism and providing unique benefits to our passengers, the GOX Pass not only elevates travel experiences but also supports the local economy and encourages repeat visits to Goa.” The GOX Pass aims to enrich travelers’ journeys, encouraging them to explore Goa’s vibrant culture and diverse attractions while boosting local tourism.
