Meanwhile, key speakers, panellists and VIP delegates are stationed at Hotel Mayfair, where several of the event’s principal activities are centred. A coordination meeting between the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and the State Tourism Departments of the North Eastern Region is scheduled for 10 AM at Ginger Hotel, Pangthang.
The inaugural session of the Mart will take place later today at the Sikkim Armed Police Ground, Pangthang, marking the formal commencement of the three-day series of interactions, showcases and B2B engagements aimed at boosting tourism across the Northeast. The evening will conclude with a special dinner hosted by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Sikkim, Shri Prem Singh Tamang (Golay).
