Frasers Hospitality Announces $140 Million Asset Upgrade Across Four Global Cities

Frasers Hospitality has unveiled a $140 million asset enhancement programme covering four key hospitality assets in London, Melbourne, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore as part of its strategy to strengthen long-term portfolio performance.

The initiative includes the repositioning of the former Park International Hotel in London, which will reopen in February 2027 as Capri by Fraser, Kensington / London, marking the global debut of the refreshed Capri by Fraser brand concept.

In Australia, Novotel Melbourne on Collins will undergo refurbishment and layout optimisation, adding 72 new rooms within the existing structure to enhance inventory efficiency and revenue potential.

Meanwhile, The Westin Kuala Lumpur will see phased upgrades to guest rooms, lobby and dining spaces alongside sustainability improvements aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and environmental performance.

In Singapore, Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore is undergoing a phased transformation through 2027, including upgrades to guest rooms, lobby, F&B outlets and meeting facilities while preserving the property’s heritage character.

Frasers Hospitality said the asset enhancement initiatives are designed to capture evolving hospitality demand trends, strengthen sustainability performance and enhance long-term revenue growth across its global portfolio.
