Bengal MICE Summit 2025: Showcasing West Bengal as a Global Business Hub

Kolkata is currently hosting the Bengal MICE Summit 2025, a major initiative to position West Bengal as a premier destination for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE). The summit, taking place from February 4-6 at ITC Royal Bengal and ITC Sonar, is organized in collaboration with the India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB) and the West Bengal Tourism Department.

Addressing the august gathering at the event, West Bengal’s Tourism Minister, Indranil Sen emphasized the state’s strong infrastructure, rich cultural heritage, and strategic location as key advantages for attracting large-scale business events. He highlighted the government’s commitment under the dynamic leadership of Mamata Banerjee to expanding the MICE sector, recognizing its potential to drive tourism, investment, and international collaborations.

The three-day summit features B2B networking sessions, panel discussions, and promotional events, bringing together global industry leaders, corporate buyers, and event organizers. Attendees will also experience a cultural showcase at Biswa Bangla Convention Centre and an exclusive networking gala at Taj Tal Kutir.

With over 200 industry professionals participating, the Bengal MICE Summit 2025 is shaping up as a landmark event, reinforcing West Bengal’s role as an emerging global MICE hub. As the summit progresses, key discussions and partnerships are expected to further strengthen the state’s position on the international business stage.
