New midscale hospitality project strengthens the brand’s expansion across India’s emerging business and lifestyle destinations.
OPO Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of OPO Essential Nandini, marking the company’s strategic entry into the Maharashtra market and further strengthening its expansion across emerging business and lifestyle destinations in India.
Located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, the property is scheduled to open within the next 60 days and will operate under the management model.
Developed as a contemporary hospitality destination, OPO Essential Nandini will feature 30 rooms, a 40-cover all-day dining restaurant, a 30-cover bar, a dedicated board room, and a large banquet facility with capacity for 500 guests.
Strategically positioned on Beed Bypass Road, the hotel is expected to cater to business travellers, transit guests, leisure visitors and social events, benefiting from strong connectivity to industrial zones, business districts and transport hubs.
The company said the property’s location opposite Surya Lawns further enhances its appeal as a preferred venue for weddings, corporate gatherings and celebrations.
Commenting on the development, Chief Executive Officer Sandeep Basu said the company sees strong long-term potential in emerging commercial markets such as Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, driven by industrial growth, infrastructure development and rising travel demand.
The signing also aligns with OPO Hotels & Resorts’ broader strategy of expanding its midscale hospitality portfolio across India’s growing urban and transit markets while focusing on operational excellence and guest-centric experiences.
