Dusit International has signed a hotel management agreement with PT Komodo Property Management to launch Kaliwatu Residences – Dusit Collection, a luxury retreat in Labuan Bajo on Flores Island, Indonesia. This marks the first Dusit Collection property in Indonesia, further solidifying the brand’s presence in the region. The project builds on the success of Dusit’s subsidiary, Elite Havens, a leading luxury villa rental provider in Bali and Lombok. With this addition, Dusit’s global portfolio now includes 296 properties across 18 countries, comprising 57 hotels and resorts and 239 luxury villas. The Kaliwatu Residences joins two upcoming Dusit Collection properties: Layan Verde in Phuket, set to open in 2027, and Plaza De Zamboanga – Dusit Collection in the Philippines, launching later this year. This expansion underscores Dusit’s commitment to delivering exceptional luxury experiences in emerging tourism destinations.
