IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hapur in partnership with Gauri Resort & Banquet Services, further strengthening its footprint in Uttar Pradesh. Scheduled to open in 2027, the new hotel will feature 120 modern rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, meeting facilities, a fitness center, and ample parking. Strategically located along NH-9 with connectivity to Ghaziabad and Meerut, the hotel will cater to both business and leisure travelers.
The property will be part of a larger mixed-use development that includes over 75,000 sq ft of MICE and social event space, positioning it as a key hospitality destination in the fast-developing industrial hub of Hapur. This signing supports IHG’s continued expansion in India and aligns with the brand’s commitment to delivering smart, efficient, and seamless guest experiences through its fastest-growing brand, Holiday Inn Express.
