Marriott International, Inc. has announced the signing of an agreement with Aratt One World Pvt Ltd to debut a new JW Marriott in Bengaluru’s Electronic City — expanding the
brand’s luxury footprint in India’s tech capital. Slated to open in 2030, JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Electronic City will span across four acres and feature 370 keys, reflecting the brand’s hallmark blend of refined design, intuitive service, and mindful luxury.
Speaking on the collaboration, Kiran Andicot, Senior Vice President, South Asia, Marriott International, said,
“This signing reaffirms our commitment to the future of
luxury hospitality in Bengaluru. Thoughtfully crafted for the next generation of travelers, the JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Electronic City will redefine the city’s high-end hospitality landscape.”
Echoing the sentiment, Vishal Vincent Tony, Managing Director, Aratt One World Pvt Ltd, added,

Nestled in the heart of Electronic City, India’s Silicon Valley, the upcoming JW Marriott will be approximately 50 km from Kempegowda International Airport and within easy reach of the city centre. The property is designed to offer a seamless mix of business and leisure
experiences — from sophisticated accommodations and curated F&B venues to holistic wellness offerings.
Planned highlights include an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, Lobby Lounge, Rooftop Bar, and the signature JW Market, a relaxed space for artisanal bites and local products. Guests will also have access to the Spa by JW, a fitness centre, and a swimming pool. For events, the
hotel will feature 3,480 sq. m of versatile banqueting space, including a lush outdoor lawn suitable for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.
