
ITC Hotels Limited reported its highest-ever third-quarter performance, registering strong growth across key financial metrics, reflecting sustained demand momentum in the hospitality sector.
For Q3, consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹1,231 crore, marking a growth of 21 per cent year-on-year. EBITDA rose 23 per cent to ₹467 crore, while profit after tax (before exceptional items) increased sharply by 42 per cent to ₹307 crore.
The company’s overseas operations also showed encouraging performance. ITC Ratnadipa, Colombo delivered a positive EBITDA on a year-to-date basis and continued to maintain RevPAR leadership in its market. Meanwhile, deliveries at Sapphire Residences, Colombo have commenced, marking progress in ITC Hotels’ international footprint.
During the quarter, ITC Hotels received significant global recognition for its sustainability and brand leadership. The company was named the World’s Leading Sustainable Organisation at the World Sustainable Travel & Hospitality Awards 2025. Additionally, ITC Hotels was recognised as the Best Luxury Hotel Chain by Travel + Leisure for the ninth consecutive year.
