The first luxury branded home in the Khao Yai area, Banyan Tree Creston Hills Khao Yai, won the top international prize for its marketing. In addition to showcasing luxury living and innovation, this project establishes Khao Yai as one of Thailand’s newest destinations for opulent vacation rentals. Six of the group’s twelve regional prizes in the Asia Pacific category were likewise a result of the same development.

In order to further solidify its position as a leading force in the premium real estate market, the business has big ambitions to produce luxury residential homes in Phuket valued at over US$1 billion over the course of the next two to three years.
