
In a strategic move to enhance operational efficiency and accelerate its ambitious growth plans, Crestmont Hotels & Resorts, one of India’s youngest and fastest-emerging hospitality groups, has migrated from a legacy on-premises system to the cloud-based multi-property management system by Hotelogix. This upgrade aims to centralize group-wide operations and digitize key processes to support rapid expansion across India.
Currently managing four well-positioned properties catering to both leisure and business travellers, Crestmont has already established a reputation for comfort, style, and service excellence. With a goal of scaling to 40–50 properties by 2030 and adding 3–4 new hotels by the end of 2025, the group required a modern, flexible solution to keep pace with its growing operational needs.

The Mobile PMS App provides real-time access to critical hotel metrics such as ARR, RevPAR, and occupancy rates, while centralized reporting tools support performance optimization across the group.
