FHRAI Reschedules 55th Annual Convention to September 2025 in Bengaluru

The Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) has officially announced new dates for its much-anticipated 55th Annual Convention, now set to take place from September 18 to 20, 2025, at Hotel Conrad Bengaluru.

Originally planned earlier in the year, the three-day event is being repositioned to better align with national tourism strategies and ensure broader participation from key stakeholders. The convention is expected to attract over 1,000 industry leaders, including policymakers, hospitality entrepreneurs, investors, and academic experts.

Themed “FutureScape 2047: Redefining Hospitality for a New India,” this year’s convention will focus on how India’s hospitality sector can evolve as the nation moves toward its 100th year of independence. The theme underscores the importance of smart infrastructure, sustainability, digital innovation, and inclusive growth as foundational pillars for the future.

“This convention offers a rare opportunity to collectively shape the future of India’s hospitality industry,” said K Syama Raju, President of FHRAI. “Bengaluru, with its dynamic innovation ecosystem and world-class infrastructure, provides the perfect backdrop for critical industry dialogue and collaboration.”

The agenda will feature keynote speeches, high-level panels, technical workshops, and interactive forums. Attendees will explore a wide range of topics—from next-generation guest experiences and AI-powered service delivery to climate-resilient operations and policy reform.

Among the dignitaries invited to attend are Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Union Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, and several state tourism ministers, adding significant weight to the convention’s national relevance.

This marks a strategic moment for the hospitality industry, which is undergoing rapid transformation in the post-pandemic era. As India eyes a global leadership role in tourism and travel, the FHRAI convention is expected to set the tone for long-term growth and resilience in the sector.
