With over 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Neha brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and revenue growth. Neha Kapoor began her career with the pre-opening team of Grand Hyatt Mumbai and has since held key Sales & Marketing positions at prestigious hotels such as JW Marriott Mumbai, Sofitel Mumbai BKC, and Shangri-La Mumbai. Her impressive journey with Hyatt includes roles as Director of Sales at Park Hyatt Hyderabad, followed by senior leadership positions at Hyatt Regency Pune and Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills, where she later advanced to Assistant General Manager.
Neha’s first General Manager assignment was at Hyatt Place Vadodara, where she led the hotel to significant achievements in service standards and business performance. Known for her strategic acumen and people-first leadership, Neha is poised to elevate Hyatt Place Gurgaon’s position as a preferred choice for business and leisure travelers in the highly competitive Gurgaon market.
