Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Deewan Singh Dhami as the new Director of Operations. With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Deewan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this pivotal role.
Deewan’s illustrious career began at Hyatt Regency Delhi, where he quickly rose through the ranks, showcasing his exceptional leadership skills and dedication to guest satisfaction. Starting as a Guest Service Associate, he climbed the ladder to become Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, demonstrating his prowess in various aspects of hotel operations. He has handled and flourished having handled the opening and managing the China Kitchen restaurant, Oval Mansion Banquet Hall, House A and Syrah, a Mediterranean restaurant at Hyatt.
Most recently, Deewan served as the Director of Food & Beverage at The Westin, Gurgaon, further honing his skills within the Marriott International family.
