
ITC Hotels Limited has announced the allotment of land by India International Convention and Exhibition Centre Limited (IICC) at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi, for the development of a premium 5-star hotel. The land has been allotted on a long-term lease basis.
The proposed hotel will feature state-of-the-art banqueting facilities along with signature culinary offerings, reinforcing ITC Hotels’ leadership in hospitality and gastronomy. Known for setting benchmarks in fine dining, ITC Hotels’ celebrated cuisine brands are expected to make the property a key epicurean destination, seamlessly integrating luxury accommodation with distinctive dining experiences.
Strategically located within the Yashobhoomi complex, the hotel is expected to play a significant role in strengthening the venue’s positioning as a global hub for conventions, conferences, exhibitions and large-scale events, further boosting Delhi NCR’s MICE ecosystem.
Commenting on the development, Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited, said that Yashobhoomi has emerged as a game-changer for India’s MICE industry, having already hosted several major trade shows and international conventions.
