The Aaureum Resort and International Convention Centre, Bhilwara, is set to mark the beginning of its culinary journey with the launch of Minorii, its first dining venue, on 15 January. Designed as a pure vegetarian, all-day diner, Minorii offers a thoughtfully curated menu featuring Indian and international flavours along with popular global delicacies. With its warm tones, minimalist interiors and spacious layout, the diner provides a relaxed and welcoming ambience suitable for both hotel guests and city visitors.
Guests can choose from an extensive à la carte menu, with freshly prepared dishes served throughout the day, making it ideal for everything from leisurely breakfasts to unhurried dinners. Commenting on the launch, Mr. Yash Singhvi, Director, Yash Real Mart Pvt. Ltd., said the vision behind Minorii was to bring Bhilwara a vegetarian diner that offers variety while maintaining a sense of familiarity. Mr. Rahul Choudhary, Director, Navkar Group, Bhilwara, added that Minorii sets the tone for The Aaureum’s hospitality and dining experiences.
Sharing the culinary direction, Mr. Sandeep Maitraya, Founder and Director, Crimson Hotels, said Minorii reflects an approachable and comfortable dining concept and is the first step in shaping The Aaureum’s culinary identity. Minorii will be open to guests from 15 January at The Aaureum Resort and International Convention Centre, Bhilwara.
