With over a decade of experience in hotel operations, Vijay brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to his new role, ensuring the hotel continues to deliver impeccable service standards.
Vijay’s career began as a Housekeeping Associate at Oberoi Nariman Point, Mumbai, where his talent and dedication quickly propelled him through the ranks. He has since held notable positions at prestigious properties, including St. Regis Mumbai, where he served as Housekeeping Supervisor before being promoted to Assistant Manager, Housekeeping. His leadership abilities were further showcased at W Goa, where he worked as Deputy Housekeeper, and at The Leela Palace Chennai, where he played a pivotal role in the pre-opening taskforce for The Leela Hyderabad.
In his new role at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, Vijay will lead the housekeeping team with a strong focus on innovation, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction, continuing to uphold the hotel’s renowned standards of service and efficiency.
