Shangri-La Eros New Delhi has appointed Vikram Sood as its new Director of Rooms. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sood brings a wealth of expertise in enhancing guest experiences and operational excellence.
A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management with a Three-Year Diploma in Hotel Management and a degree in Humanities from Delhi University, Sood’s career includes leadership roles at renowned international hotels, including Fairmont Maldives and Shangri-La Hotel Colombo. He has also held key positions at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, where he is rejoining the leadership team.
As Director of Rooms, Sood will oversee all aspects of the rooms division, focusing on guest services, operational efficiency, and team performance. His strategic leadership aims to elevate service standards, implement innovative guest experience solutions, and maintain high operational precision.
