Suba Hotels Limited has reopened its Hotel GenX property in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, after a comprehensive refurbishment. The hotel had temporarily suspended operations to undergo a major upgrade aimed at enhancing guest experience.
The revamped property now features tastefully redesigned rooms, a refreshed restaurant, and upgraded banqueting facilities. Speaking on the reopening, Mansur Mehta, Managing Director, Suba Hotels Limited, said that while the hotel had been performing well earlier, the decision to refurbish was taken to offer guests a completely new and improved experience.
Mubeen Mehta, CEO, Suba Hotels Limited, highlighted Mirzapur’s growing importance on India’s religious tourism map. He noted that pilgrims visiting Varanasi frequently travel onward to the Vindhyavasini Temple in Mirzapur, prompting the company to strengthen its presence in the region. Suba Hotels has also recently opened a Comfort Inn property in the destination to cater to increasing tourist inflow.
